OBJECTIVE: To improve and preserve the wellbeing and health of people

Nordic walking is a form of physical activity in which the active use of a pair of specific poles, specially designed for this discipline, has been added to the normal walk, the use of these poles permit to involve the muscles of the whole body.

 

It's possible to take one of the courses or book a single hike during your stay in any receptive structures in the Verbano Cusio Ossola, in fact the courses can be modulated according to the duration of your stay
